Terms

The subscription in plain words: what one request is, what is included, how pausing and cancelling work, and who owns what gets made.

01Who you are contracting with

Fully Delivered is a service provided by Koen Duindam, registered in the Netherlands with the Chamber of Commerce under number 54459478. Everything below is between you, as a business, and me. This is a business-to-business service, so the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal right for consumers does not apply. The first week described in section 07 sits in its place, and is more generous in practice.

02What the subscription is

A monthly subscription. You put requests on a board and I work the top one. One request is active at a time. You can queue as many as you like and reorder them whenever you like.

A request is one thing with one brief: a video, a landing page, a set of product images, a batch of descriptions, an internal tool. The line is not size — a two-week build is still one request. Two unrelated jobs are two requests, and you choose which one I work on first.

Most requests come back within 48 hours. Larger builds are split into parts and you see something every other day. Revisions are included and never count as a new request.

03What is not included

04Price and billing

The subscription is $1,995 per month, charged in advance, on the same day each month. VAT is added where the law requires it. Businesses inside the EU outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged.

The founding rate is locked. If you subscribe at $1,995 you keep paying $1,995 for as long as your subscription runs without interruption, even after the published price rises. Cancel and resubscribe later and you join at whatever the price is then.

A second active request can be added for $1,500 per month at the founding rate. You can move up or down at any time; the change applies from your next billing date.

05Pausing

You can pause the subscription at any time. Days you have already paid for are kept and become available again when you unpause. Paused days do not expire.

06Cancelling

One click in your account, at any time, with no notice period. Your subscription runs until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed. There is no refund of the running month beyond the first week described below, because the capacity for that month was reserved for you.

07The first week

Send a real request on day one. If by day seven the work is not what this site promised, say so and you get 75% of your first month back and you keep everything made in that week. The remaining 25% covers the work already delivered.

Stay past day seven and that week is simply part of the month you already paid for. There is nothing extra to pay and nothing to activate.

08Who owns the work

You do. On payment, all rights in everything made for you transfer to you as far as the law allows: files, source, code, systems and accounts. Where rights cannot be transferred under Dutch law, you get an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, change and sublicense the work instead.

Work lives in your own accounts from day one — your drive, your repository, your hosting, your analytics. Cancelling ends your access to me, not to your work.

Two things stay mine: the general tools, systems and methods I use to produce work, which are not specific to you and are reused for everyone; and the right to describe the work publicly, unless you tell me not to. Say the word and I will not.

09What I need from you

Access to whatever a request needs, and answers when something is genuinely ambiguous. If a request is blocked on something only you can supply, its clock stops until it arrives and I move to the next card.

You are responsible for having the rights to anything you give me — brand assets, photography, copy, data — and for checking work before you publish it.

10Confidentiality

Anything you share that is not public stays between us, during the subscription and after it. I will sign your own confidentiality agreement if you have one.

11Personal data

The site itself collects nothing: no analytics, no cookies, no tracking. If you email me, I keep that correspondence and your business details for as long as we work together and for as long as Dutch tax law requires afterwards. If you give me access to systems holding personal data, I process it only to do the work you asked for, and we sign a data processing agreement if you want one. You can ask me what I hold and ask me to delete it.

12Liability

I do this carefully and I stand behind the work. What I cannot carry is unlimited exposure for a subscription of this size. My liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid me in that period, and does not extend to lost profit, lost revenue or lost data. Nothing here limits liability for intent or deliberate recklessness, which the law does not allow to be limited anyway.

13Changes to these terms

If these terms change, subscribers are told by email at least thirty days beforehand. Terms that were in force when you subscribed keep applying to you until the notice period ends, and if you do not want the new ones you can cancel before they take effect.

14Which law applies

Dutch law. Anything we cannot resolve between us goes to the competent court in the Netherlands.
